Ulupalakua Rd, Kula, Maui, Hawai'i

Powhiri will be at 10am at Tunohopu Marae, Ohinemutu, Rotorua (for all people who have not been welcomed onto Tunohopu marae before). Then 12pm at St Faiths Church, Ohinemutu we will celebrate our wedding along with christening Kingi’s sister’s baby Huia-Mabel Carrie! For locals to Rotorua or those who have been welcomed onto Tunohopu before you can just come at 12pm, but we prefer that you arrive at 10am for a powhiri if you havent been to the Tunohopu marae before.
Accomodation on the marae is about 20 to 30 people – nau mai, haere mai. You must let us know if you wish to stay there, as we don’t want anyone to arrive and the wharenui (meeting house) is full – aue! For those who prefer to stay in hotels in Rotorua, we recommend staying at the Utuhina Lodge and Rydges. However there are heaps of awesome hotels in Rotorua to suit any type of budget.
All family and friends are welcome! Nau mai, haere mai! Please distribute to whanau if you know they work in the jungle, bush, live on a remote island, or are without the modern electronic communications technology version 2011. Much appreciated! We look forward to seeing you soon, please provide your physical address so we can send a paper invite! Mahalo (thank you).
Oh yes! Please RSVP to Kingi mobile: 021893917, or kingi@whakarongo.com.
Nga mihi nui,
Kingi & Hina
